Description
The Zundapp KS750 with sidecar appeared by late 1940 in small numbers and was delivered primarily to the Afrika Korps. By 1944 however, no less than 18,600 had left the production line and were in service on all fronts. Used chiefly for reconnaissance duties, the KS750 also saw service within the fast mobile infantry divisions of the Wehrmacht which were to function so effectively in the early stages of the war. Despite its popularity with the troops and its high rate of performance in the field however, the production of the complicated KS750 sidecar machine proved to be somewhat costly, for each Zundapp for example two Volkswagen Kubelwagens could be built. This is an excellent, highly detailed large 1/10 scale diecast model. This Schuco model was originally sold by Tamiya in Japanese market only. A very limited quantity is available through Aliso Hobby!
