Consumer Return Policy
New, unopened products purchased on TamiyaUSA.com must be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. (see "Items that are Not Returnable" below) Shipping charges will be refunded if the return was due to a mistake on our part, such as shipping the wrong product, otherwise shipping fees will not be refunded. We do not accept returns sent COD. *

If plastic shrink-wrap or other original packaging has been removed, TamiyaUSA.com will determine if the kit is complete before allowing a full refund. If a refund is reduced or denied, you will be notified by email. To return an item, please pack it carefully and use a carrier that provides a tracking number such as UPS or Fed Ex. For a printable shipping label and return form, go to TamiyaUSA.com, My Account, Order History (containing the item you are returning) and follow the Return instructions.

If you have lost the packing slip please write your full name, e-mail address, phone number, order number and reason for the return on a piece of paper and send with your package.

Scratch & Dent
Scratch and Dent products are tested and checked before being listed on our website. There are no returns on these items, they are sold as-is, all sales are final. If you have any questions concerning these types of items please contact our customer service department.

• Scratch & Dent items
• Any type of paint, thinner or cement
• Partially built kits
• Items purchased from sellers other than TamiyaUSA.com
