New Tamiya USA Mini 4WD Racing Series Announcement 2-26-26
As Tamiya MINI 4WD continues to gain a loyal fanbase in the United States, Tamiya USA announces a newly developed racing series that focuses on a rule set that is mostly in line with those used by our parent company in Japan. These rules consider that we have veteran users of the product while also having a class for new racers! Click the link for the Tamiya USA MINI 4WD RULES
The racing series will be taking place this year starting with DukWho Workshop in Fullerton, California on April 25th and stretching as far east as Middle River, New Jersey at HobbyTown with race locations in between. (Tamiya USA is currently contacting more locations so stay tuned for more event venues!)
The events themselves will be organized and run by hobby shops and clubs that promote MINI 4WD racing. Special awards and prizes will be supplied by Tamiya America. At the end of the series, a FINAL event will be held in Southern California at a neutral location where the ultimate champions in the three classes run in the series will be crowned. The final race event will be run and operated by Tamiya staff with the help of our MINI 4WD business partners. (Date and location TBD)
